Refunds and Returns Policy for Digital Downloadable Products. Diginog.com
Thank you for your purchase of our digital downloadable products. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund, or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, you must have downloaded the product from our website and have a valid proof of purchase (Name, Order Number, Email Address) and a reasonable reason for requesting a refund.
Examples:
You must also delete all copies of the product from your devices and storage media.
To request a refund, please contact us at refunds@diginog.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 5 business days and issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect any abuse of our policy, such as multiple purchases and refunds, unauthorized distribution of our products, or fraudulent transactions.

Refunds
Once a refund is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of time, usually within 5 days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or were not designed correctly. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at refunds@diginog.com.
